Both Parties agree that this Agreement may be executed electronically and that electronic signatures — a typed full legal name combined with an affirmative checkbox consent and a recorded timestamp — carry the same legal weight as a handwritten signature and wet-ink execution, per the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001, "ESIGN Act") and the New York Electronic Signatures and Records Act (State Technology Law §§ 301–309, "ESRA"). Each Party is responsible for retaining a copy of the executed Agreement (use Print / Save PDF above) for their own records.
